With over 25 years of experience in Fortune 500 accounting and finance, Marcy held roles of increasing responsibility, from entry level accounting to analyst to finance director for Motorola, 20th Century Fox, Blockbuster, Pepsi and Green Giant. Her accomplishments included designing and implementing a global on-line ethics program as well as leading international teams in cost reduction and operational efficiency programs. Marcy’s lived in France, Canada and Mexico and speaks Spanish fluently.
Marcy left the corporate world to start her own coaching practice in 2003. Marcy now brings her Fortune 500 accounting and analysis skills to small business owners and entrepreneurs who wish to build and maintain strong organizations and ethical leadership. She uses plain English and a practical approach to teach clients to read and understand their financial statements and use their new knowledge to make better business decisions that offer greater freedom, predictability and growth.
Marcy’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Masters degree in business administration from Duke University and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach degree from The Coaches Training Institute in San Raphael, CA.
